The most important messages from several inboxes in one place
The tool selects relevant messages from several inboxes and displays them in a single view without sending the content of the correspondence to external services.
Before
An interim manager used several email inboxes in parallel and received dozens of messages every day. Identifying those that required action meant checking each inbox separately. At the same time, maintaining complete privacy of the correspondence was a key requirement.
Discovery
We identified two key requirements: reliably selecting messages relevant to the user from multiple inboxes and doing so without sending their content to external services. A further requirement was to bring the selected messages together in one place.
What we tested
- Can messages requiring attention be identified automatically among the large volume of email arriving in several different inboxes?
- Can selected messages from different sources be brought together in a single view while maintaining complete privacy of their content?
What changed
The user receives a single view of the most important messages from several inboxes. They no longer need to check each inbox separately and can identify correspondence requiring action more quickly without compromising privacy.
Client decision
The solution was completed and delivered to the user.
